This company needs closing down! Praying on old vunrable people, ripping them of, charging around 10k for a bathroom than costs around.
Mark Johnson should be ashamed how he can sleep at night knowing he has build a business to rip old people off! As for how he talks to and treats his fitters is absolutely disgusting, you have got away with ripping people of for far to long I will expose this man and company for what they truely are!
Iโm currently building a case, this man needs to be stopped and I wonโt stop until people know the truth! Stay well away!

Totally agree the hard sell is criminal and the work is shabby my friend is in her 7th week of a supposedly 9day job. These people cannot carry on surely.
I wish someone would shut this company down how are they getting away with it, my friend is now in her sixth week without a bathroom they have no respect for elderly people. Itโs so frustrating this company has no shame I was thinking of contacting a few consumer programmes to get them on the case.
I completely agree, this company is a fraud, they tried to get my elderly father to pay 10k for the whole job. He paid 5k and the bathroom is terrible, not even real tiles, just some plastic board.
In all honesty, its about ยฃ2k tops!! They try to charge him ยฃ10k!! You have no shame at all, to be ripping off senior citizens like that.
Don't worry. I work it one thing is for sure, I will be posting access to video and invoices so that the world can see your rip off business.
Iโm an ex-installer for mobility, in my opinion I always found Mark Johnson to be very fair, he was always straight with me as I was with him, if i had a problem heโd always sort it, he paid well and if he promised something I knew it would be done. The only installers that werenโt happy with Mark were the ones who always messed up and had charge backs, for those that did the job right I guarantee they would be looked after with well paid regular work.
I had 3 or so good years working for mobility, I did my job right so had no issues. The office staff were great, surveyors always fair with extra time required on jobs, money was good and work regular. The issue for me was with the constant issues with material deliveries, when the companies merged, it got to the point where I decided I could no longer work for Mobility. To say customers are being ripped off, are they, really?
Mobility arenโt a one man band, theyโre not Joe blogs the plumber from down the road doing cash in hand jobs. The customers are given a price before any work commenced, theyโre happy with the price given otherwise they wouldnโt agree to the work being done. When the deliveries turned up when they were meant to and the installers do their job correctly I guarantee the customers are 100% happy.
Itโs the few incompetent installers (that need to be sacked, believe me Iโve seen 1st hand and had to correct some of their poor workmanship) and an inadequate distribution centre are what let mobility and the customers down. Ross (ex-installer)
