Paid nearly £4000 deposit for a disability bathroom for my uncle, sadly my uncle suffered another stroke so no longer needed the bathroom installed, that was 7 weeks ago and no refund, and no responses from mobility plus, absolutely awful

No one mentioned the fact that we would either need some sort of extractor or the window wide open when showering, due to the condensation running down the walls onto floor. The radiator is either on or off..it needs to be on all the time to dry the place out! Make sure you get quotes from loads of companies before signing up to Mobility Plus...
