Mobility Plus - Dealing with unprofessional staff with ineffective communication and very poor customer service.
The customer service provided by Sam, staff at Mobility Plus at Fairfield Vic.was truly a bad experience for me.
It is appalling to experience of such a company employee to have lack, ineffective communication and irresponsible. Very poor customer service ! I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be all made aware of their employee's actions.
I trust that this is not the way that Mobility Plus Australia does business and you will mention my concern with Sam about the incidents in which he gave me false hope were actually ruined my holiday here.It took numerous calls from the airline, myself and took nearly a week before the walking aids delivered !
