I arranged with mobility plus to install a bath suitable for me as i am disabled i was told it would take one and half days it took two months with one problem after another the customer service was non existant after threatening court action they gave me two hundred pounds but it still cost me seven thousand one hundred pounds scandelous i think ive been robbed and would certainly not recommend them there was no communication and dates and times were never kept i was without hot water for one week i am seventy four years old and disabled and think i was very badly treated i suffered a lot of stress and inconvenience

Reason of review: Totally pissed off.

I could never recommend Mobility Plus Bathing Ltd. my mother is still waiting for her shower to be fixed and not cut out if you turn a tap on, a layman knows it's all to do with the pressure.

The step is too high for her to get into the shower safely. They made *** in her bedroom wall and is still not fixed. This has been going on since May2015. ยฃ5,800 for something not fit for purpose made known.

My mother is 90years old and suffers with the last stages of Parkinson's.

People who take advantage of the elderly should be taken to court. I am in the process of doing this
